Wellness Programs

At the Bay Adelaide Centre, we place high importance on the health and wellness of our tenants. The Wellness Program is now fully virtual to ensure everyone at the Bay Adelaide Centre has an opportunity to stay fit and healthy wherever your work takes you!

Yoga – Tuesdays from 12:00pm to 12:50pm

This class is designed to build heat at a gradual pace using a sequenced flow that is graceful and yet challenging to the body and mind. You will move into deeper stretches to alleviate body pains in the hips, lower back, chest and shoulders. Yoga is lead by an experienced Totum Life Science instructor, who will help you zone in on specific areas of the body each class to help deepen your practice and gain more mobility.

Boot Camp – Fridays from 12:00pm to 12:50pm

Get ready to work your entire body from head to toe with a variety of tempos, patterns, and planes of movement. A high-energy class that targets every major muscle group while pushing you to the limit. An experienced Totum Life Science instructor will present options for all skill levels. Make time for the class to make a positive change in your life!
