At all of our properties we offer security at your fingertips. Integrated with axiis, the LiveSafe mobile platform gives app users the opportunity to report incidents and emergencies safely and securely. Whether being stuck in an elevator or encountering suspicious activity, tenants can speak directly to a security guard and receive updates about the incident report. The process is simple and intuitive. We take the well-being of our tenants and partners seriously, that’s why we put security at their fingertips.

Parking at California Market Center

Our collection of parking amenities is designed to ensure a comfortable start and end to the work commute. Bright and spacious parking garage and bike storage facilities, complimentary services, and eco-friendly options, will welcome patrons to a whole new class of parking.

The Olympic Parking Structure (OPS) is available for all tenants with appropriate key card access.

The underground Main Garage is currently open to non-monthly, visitor parking only.

The SP Plus Parking office is located on Level 2, near the OPS Bridge.

For the safety of all, there are a number of Security measures in place at the Olympic Parking Garage, including, but not limited to the following:

Fire, life & safety

Security officers are on duty at the Building’s Security Console and tour throughout the property and garage twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. The Building also employs electronic surveillance devices throughout certain common areas. Two-way radio communication between the Property Management Office, Security Console and property staff provides quick response to any issue.

While security officers, closed circuit cameras and the maintenance staff can provide basic protection for the Building, security is everyone's responsibility and your cooperation and vigilance are essential.

Each tenant can be effective in preventing the loss of valuable personal and company property by careful observance of these common-sense procedures.

Special care should be taken during certain times best suited for pilferage, i.e., the first 30 minutes after opening, lunch hours and just before closing. These are the times of maximum movement of personnel and absence from work areas and offices.

You may request additional checks of your offices by contacting the Property Management Office.

Parking at Marina Towers

Parking at Marina Towers is available 24 hours per day, 7 days a week. The entrance to the Parking Garage is located on Admiralty Way or Lincoln Boulevard. The entrances are clearly marked by the parking signage on the exterior of the Building. For all matters including issuance/replacement of key cards, billing concerns, and terminating parking access please contact the parking office.

The parking garage is managed and maintained by ABM Parking.

There are a number of Security measures in place at Marina Towers’ Parking Garage, including, but not limited to the following:

  • 24/7 Security Staffing
  • Routine Vehicle Security Checks
  • Security Cameras

Located in the prestigious Bunker Hill District, The Gas Company Tower is an award-winning, Class A architectural landmark in the iconic Los Angeles skyline. With its glass fins at street level and “boat” shape in the upper bank, the 52-story glass line stands out as a beacon of modernism among the neighboring historic buildings.

Designed by Skidmore, Owings, & Merrill and completed in 1991, the building features 1.4 million square feet of office space, the highest quality institutional finishes, and the most efficient floor plan in the market. The Gas Company Tower’s stepped and tapered silhouette emphasizes its towering height, culminating in an elliptical crown on the top. A dramatic entry porch provides access to a retail corridor and escalators leading directly to the main lobby.

Painted on the adjacent AT&T building and spanning 300 feet, Frank Stella’s mural, Dusk, is one of the world's largest abstract murals. Security officers are on duty at the Building’s Security Console and tour throughout the property and garage twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. The Building also employs electronic surveillance devices throughout certain common areas. Two-way radio communication between the Management Office, Security Console and property staff provide quick response to any issue.

While security officers, closed circuit cameras and the maintenance staff can provide basic protection for the Building, security is everyone's responsibility and your cooperation and vigilance is essential.
