Wellness Programs

At First Canadian Place, we place high importance on the health and wellness of not only the environment, but also on the people that walk these halls everyday. The Wellness Program was implemented as a way to ensure everyone in First Canadian Place could have an opportunity to stay fit and healthy even on their busy schedules.

Participants are required to sign an annual Wellness Waiver for our weekly fitness classes.

Hatha Yoga / Yogalates / Lengthen & Strengthen Yoga

Learn the foundations and benefits of Yoga with Adelaide Club instructor Karen Brar. Postures are taught with attention to detail and proper body alignment, connecting movement to breath as one pose flows to another. All skill levels are welcome.

Class Schedule:

  • Hatha Yoga, every Wednesday 12:05pm-12:50pm
  • Yogalates, every Wednesday  1:05pm-1:50pm
  • Lengthen & Strengthen Yoga, every Thursday 12:05pm-12:50pm

NEW Location: Exchange Tower, 25th Floor

Please note, since this program is low-impact activity, shower facilities will neither be required nor available. Complimentary water and cleansing wipes will be offered. Please bring your own yoga mat and props (blocks).
